Our Available Colors
Color genetics in Persians can be very interesting! We are currently breeding with the color
red added to our original color possibilities of seal (black), blue, chocolate and lilac. When
breeding with the color red, male kittens get their color genes from their mother, and female
kittens get color genes from their mother AND father, creating a combination of colors in their
coat creating tortoiseshells (torties) and cream combinations like blue cream or lilac cream.
Also, since our stud is a tabby, he can create interesting color patterns like tabby and lynx!
At the current time, we are producing the following
colors and patterns:
Male kittens - Black, Blue, Red, Cream, Red Classic Tabby, Cream Classic Tabby,
Brown Classic Tabby, Blue Classic Tabby, Brown Mackerel Tabby
Female kittens - Tortoiseshell, Blue Cream, Cream, Red, Red Classic Tabby,
Cream Classic Tabby, Brown Patched Tabby, Blue Patched Tabby
